This page is intended to explain how refund and access issues for the 4Clip AI Shorts Money System are handled.

Before launch: do not publish a blanket “no refunds” rule without checking the law that applies to your buyers. Digital-content cancellation rights can depend on the buyer's location and the consent collected before immediate delivery. This template is not legal advice.

1. Digital product

4Clip AI Shorts Money System is delivered digitally. Access may be provided immediately after successful payment through the connected checkout and delivery provider.

2. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable, the checkout should collect any consent or acknowledgment required before immediate digital delivery and before a statutory withdrawal right can be lost.

3. Voluntary refund policy

Unless required by law or explicitly covered by your chosen policy, dissatisfaction with content performance, lack of views, lack of monetization or revenue, changing platform requirements, third-party tool pricing or availability, or failure to use the materials does not itself guarantee a refund. Viewmax and other third-party tool purchases are separate from 4Clip.
