3. License
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a purchase grants one buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share, sublicense or reproduce the pack for third parties.
4. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by the checkout/payment provider shown at purchase. Access is delivered digitally after successful payment. Taxes may be charged or collected where required.
5. Educational information and no performance guarantee
4Clip provides educational information, examples, prompts and workflows. It is not financial, legal, tax or platform-compliance advice. It does not guarantee views, followers, viral videos, platform approval, monetization eligibility, income, revenue or any other specific result. Results vary by user and depend on content quality, originality, audience response, region, platform rules and other factors.
6. Third-party services and costs
The workflow refers to third-party AI assistants, Viewmax, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other services. Viewmax is not owned by 4Clip and is not included in the 4Clip purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. Third-party services may require separate free or paid accounts. Their features, pricing, policies, eligibility rules and availability can change and are outside the seller's control. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.
7. Acceptable use
The buyer is responsible for using the materials lawfully and for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publication. The buyer must respect copyright, originality requirements, platform rules, privacy and publicity rights, advertising or affiliate disclosures, and the terms of every third-party service used.
8. Refunds
Refund handling is governed by the separate Refund Policy together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's jurisdiction.
9. Platform changes and limitation
Platform requirements, monetization programs and third-party tools may change after purchase. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, third-party price changes, platform penalties or business outcomes arising from use of the product.
